THREE WAY CODE OF CONDUCT

This code of conduct applies to any person connected with the club.

The Club Committee and Managers agree to:

• keep all players/parents informed of match/training times/venues or changes to them as early as possible.
• the best of their ability give help and equal opportunity for each child to improve.
• not be a negative role model to the children e.g. swearing, drinking alcohol at matches/training.     
• listen to any questions the players or parents may have and answer them honestly.
• make available to parents as requested any information on the club’s finances.
• not incite any form of discrimination or child abuse.
• ensure the training under the FA Junior Managers coaching course or any other FA course guidelines is followed.

The Players agree to:

• attend as many training sessions and matches as possible.
• attend the above with the appropriate equipment e.g. shin pads, boots/trainers.
• listen quietly to what is being said by the Manager.
• accept and have respect for decisions made by the Manager.
• not use bad language or behave in a manner likely to embarrass the club.
• not smoke or drink alcohol at training sessions or matches.
• look after any kit and any other clothing/equipment provided.
• report any injuries to your Parents and Manager.
• ask any questions politely if you are not sure of anything.
• enjoy themselves and always give 100% commitment.

 The Parents / Carers agree to:

• pay all playing fees set by the club committee.
• attend matches whenever possible and help with transport/nets etc.
• not incite any form of discrimination or child abuse.
• not  shout abuse, unfair or negative criticism of referees, players or opposition players and officials .
• not  interfere with team selection.
• inform the manager as soon as you know your child is unavailable for a match/training session.
• not coach the players during the game to avoid confusion with the Manager’s instructions, but reasonable encouragement will be acceptable
